My random reach out to the Edward’s Group helped me so much. I am currently deployed. I came home on leave to try and do my divorce alone, but it was hard. The thought of divorce to me is like a death. It wasn’t fun planning the funeral, so to speak.I reached out to The Edward’s Law Group via google. It was my first hit, so I gave them a call. I was in and out the office the same day I googled them.I paid my money in AUG and I was divorced in NOV.Keep in mind I am deployed still, so the communication and response time was very limited with a time difference but the team made sure to communicate all information in a timely manner.My Attorney Simone Graff was the best, although I never used an Attorney before in my life, I would say that she was an idealistic way to experience representation.

A former criminal attorney highly recommended this firm to me, to assist with my stagnant 1-year-old divorce case. I was going at it alone against the other side's overly aggressive and vicious lawyer. Attorneys Joy Edwards and Vail Taylor were a force in my case. They stepped in, quickly cleaned things up, and curated a proper agreement, I mean PROPER. For the first time in months, I was at ease, knowing that my attorney was on the case. I don't say this lightly. Attorney Taylor is amazing and can clearly explain the process. Attorney Edwards speaks softly but carries a big stick. I cannot thank this legal team enough for its professionalism and attention to detail in my case.My only regret is not finding this law group sooner; I would've saved myself a lot of time and money. This is the second time I’ve worked with Edwards Law Group since moving to Atlanta in 2016.The first experience presented tthe chance establish a last will and testament , power of attorney and health care directive as a single woman. The experience was seamless and expertly navigated by Aphonetta Welcome , and an amazing team of professionals.My most recent experience involved the creation of the above documents, but for my new husband Lotfi and myself. I had an initial consultation with the Edwards Law Group. After explaining my situation and what I was aiming to achieve, I was informed that they would not be able to assist me, but this Law firm went the extra mile and explained the complications, facts, and provided me advice on how to do what I needed done. They explained that I have a jurisdiction issue that the state of Georgia will not be able to enforce and what kind of lawyer to look for moving forward. I left the initial consultation with a plan of execution crafted by the guidance from the Edwards Law Group. I have not had such a positive experience with any Law Group in Atlanta to date. Many lawyers will tell you what you want to hear to get your retainer, I was told what I needed to hear to work towards my goal. I am very appreciative of this and would recommend the Edwards Law Group.

The Edwards Law Group has been heaven sent through my whole process of custody and child support. Personally, going through this process is stressful and emotional. However, the Edwards team alleviated a lot of that stress. The team I was assigned to was helpful and patient with me to make sure my daughter and I were considered and that my needs were met as a parent. Alycia, you are amazing and your reason for being a lawyer definitely shows in your work ethic. I never went in person but whenever I called, the staff was pleasant and personable. There payment department was also reasonable and accommodating to my needs as a client. Overall, I could say a lot of positive things about The Edwards Law Group and make this review really long but I just want to say thank you. I appreciate all you have done.

Professional and personable. This practice prepared our wills. The lawyer, Joy, answered all our questions and we never felt rushed.
