Family Law is Personal. And Simone G. Graff, Esq. Wouldn’t Have it Any Other Way.
When you’re facing one of life’s most difficult or most meaningful moments, you don’t need an attorney who charges into every room looking for a fight. You need someone who actually listens, understands what you’re up against, and builds a strategy around what you want your future to look like.
That’s the attorney Simone chose to become and it’s the attorney she shows up as every single day.
With 7 years of legal experience and 5 years focused specifically in family law, Simone brings a refreshingly human approach to a field that can too easily feel cold and transactional. She reads every case for what it truly is. Sometimes that means being bold and aggressive in the courtroom. Sometimes it means carefully negotiating a resolution that protects what matters most. The difference is always driven by your goals, never by ego or a one-size-fits-all playbook.
The cases that light her up the most? Adoptions and prenups “because it’s usually the only time everyone is happy.” But she’s equally at home in the complexity of a high-stakes divorce with a lot of moving parts. That range from celebration to conflict is exactly where she thrives.
Simone earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where she was recognized with a Certificate for Excellence in Civic Engagement for her pro bono work and helped lead the Women’s Law Society to Student Organization of the Year as Vice President. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from Towson University and is an active member of the Stonewall Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, and its Young Lawyers Division.
She grew up across Memphis, Charlotte, Queens, and Bethesda, a background that gave her a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Outside the office, Simone is a devoted wife to her wife of seven years, and a proud fur mom to two dogs and a cat who, she’ll tell you, absolutely runs the household.
When you work with Simone, you’ll feel the difference from the very first conversation. She’s not here to make your case bigger than it needs to be. She’s here to help you get through it, strategically, honestly, and with your best outcome front and center.
